All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of waist beads, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or improper application.

 

Please carefully review sizing information and waist bead instructions before ordering and applying your beads.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our behalf, we will gladly provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for waist beads that are broken, cut incorrectly, burned incorrectly, improperly tied, or damaged after application.

Refunds are not issued for shipping delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
