I began creating waist beads in June 2025 while navigating fibroids, ovarian cysts, and endometriosis. Waist beads helped me become more aware of changes in my body, including inflammation and flare-ups.

Today, I create waist beads to encourage body awareness, confidence, progress, and self-love whether you’re tracking weight changes, embracing scars and motherhood, navigating health challenges, or simply loving the body you’re in.

My waist beads have no religious or spiritual affiliation and are made for all races, ethnicities, genders, and body types.
